Websites and landing pages

Websites that are fast, clear and easy to find

Tejobit designs and builds business websites and landing pages from the real photos and copy of the business, with attention to performance, SEO foundations and accessibility.

Abstract render: stacked blue glass panels like the layers of a page, with small blue cubes around the edges.

What is included

A website built around what visitors come to do

  • Bespoke design

No generic templates. The structure starts from what visitors are looking for and what the business needs them to do: call, book, request a quote or buy.

  • Performance

Lightweight pages, images in modern formats and hosting on the Cloudflare network, so pages load quickly on mobile and on weak connections.

  • SEO foundations

Unique titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, clean URLs and content that search engines can read.

  • Accessibility

Sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text on images and forms with clear error messages.

  • Tested on a narrow phone

Every page is checked at 375 px wide, where the bugs a large screen hides show up, such as a page scrolling sideways.

  • Several languages, when needed

Portuguese and English versions linked to each other, so search engines understand they are the same page in two languages.

Typical cases

When it makes sense

  • A company presentation website

Services, contact details and a clear way to get in touch, using the names clients already use.

  • A landing page for a campaign or product

One page with a single goal, visit tracking and a form that actually reaches whoever has to reply.

  • Redesigning a slow or outdated website

The content that works stays, old addresses are redirected and the traffic already coming from Google is not lost.

  • Online shop

Orders and payments on the website itself, with the catalogue organised the way customers search.

How it works

From first contact to a published website

  1. 01

    Goals and content

A short conversation about the business, who visits the website and what they should do there. It becomes clear which copy and photos already exist.

  2. 02

    Fixed proposal

In writing: the pages, the features, what is left out, the price and the dates.

  3. 03

    Weekly preview

A private link from the first week, with real progress to comment on while change is still cheap.

  4. 04

    Launch

Domain, hosting, analytics and redirects set up, with instructions for day-to-day use.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the features and who provides the copy and photos. After the first conversation you receive a proposal with fixed scope and price, with no open-ended figures.

Will the website rank first on Google?

Nobody can honestly guarantee that. What is guaranteed is the right technical foundation: fast, well-structured pages that search engines can read. The rest depends on content and competition.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

As a rule, the domain and service accounts are in your business's name, so you are never locked in. Ownership terms are written into the proposal before work starts.

Can the team edit the copy afterwards?

Yes. When content changes often, the website can have a CMS designed for the people who edit it. For occasional changes, there is monthly maintenance or one-off requests.

How long does it take?

The proposal sets out concrete dates. A landing page or presentation website is ready much sooner than a bespoke system.

A new website, or one that needs rebuilding?

Describe the business and where the current website is, if there is one. The reply sets out what makes sense to build and what it costs.
