Jasmin integration
Orders, invoices and payments received land in Jasmin from your store, Stripe or a portal, with no manual entry.
Overview
Jasmin
Jasmin is Cegid Primavera's cloud business software for small and mid-sized companies, covering sales, purchasing, inventory, treasury and certified invoicing in the browser. Many businesses move to Jasmin from Primavera and keep the same approach to items, customers and series.
Jasmin's REST API is organised by account, subscription and module: sales, purchases, accounts receivable and payable, logistics, materials management, taxes and master data. Each resource supports create, update, cancel, get and paged list, and access is authorised with OAuth 2.0 through an application registered for the subscription.
Tejobit uses that structure to put each event in the right module. A web order becomes a sales order, a confirmed payment becomes a receipt in accounts receivable, and Jasmin issues the invoice and reports it to the Portuguese tax authority.
Use cases
What it is for
- A software company invoicing Stripe subscriptions in Jasmin.
- A wholesaler whose resellers order through a B2B portal straight into Jasmin sales.
- A web shop displaying live stock from warehouses managed in Jasmin.
- A services firm recording bank transfer payments in Jasmin once they are identified.
What the connection listens to
- A payment confirmed by Stripe or another gateway.
- An order placed in the web shop or B2B portal.
- A scheduled Jasmin listing to detect new invoices or stock changes.
- A new customer created in the CRM.
What the connection does
- Creates or updates customers in Jasmin master data.
- Creates sales orders and invoices using the items and VAT rates defined in Jasmin.
- Records receipts in accounts receivable, linked to the invoices they settle.
- Reads warehouse quantities and updates the online store.
- Returns the document number and status to the source system.
How it works
From the request to a working connection
- 01
Request
The form names the integration, the tools involved and what should happen in each case.
- 02
Review and proposal
Tejobit confirms what the API allows and sends a proposal with the flow, the price and the timeline.
- 03
Setup and testing
The connection is set up with the business's own accounts and tested with real cases before it goes live.
- 04
Maintenance and monitoring
Tejobit hosts the connection, follows up on errors and adapts it when the API changes.
The connection runs on Tejobit's infrastructure. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and API changes.
What to prepare
- An active Jasmin subscription, plus the account and subscription identifiers to connect.
- An application registered for API access, with credentials shared with Tejobit.
- Items, customers and document series already in Jasmin, or rules for creating them.
- A mapping between gateway payment methods and Jasmin's own.
For security, do not send passwords, API keys or tokens through the form. Credentials are requested through a secure channel when the setup starts.
Limits
- Jasmin does not offer real-time notifications for every event, so changes inside Jasmin are read through paged listings at set intervals.
- Each company maps to one account and subscription; groups with several companies need one setup per company.
- The connection follows Jasmin's data model: items, customers and tax codes must exist before a document can use them.
Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Is Jasmin the same as Primavera?
No. Both come from Cegid Primavera, but Jasmin is cloud software with its own API, while Primavera ERP is installed on premises and is integrated differently.
Does the integration post accounting entries?
It creates sales documents and receipts; how they are posted follows Jasmin's configuration and your accountant's work.
Who reports invoices to the AT?
Jasmin, as certified software. The connection only creates the data Jasmin uses to issue each document.
