A website the teacher edits herself, with a resource shop

Professora Beatriz is a primary school and pre-school teacher who shares teaching resources for those years. Tejobit moved her site to a CMS and added a shop for PDF resources.

Professora Beatriz website on a laptop and a phone, with the home page and the resource list

Starting point

The site was static: every new text, photo or resource had to go through whoever built it.

Paid resources had no way to be sold and delivered on the site itself either.

What was done

  • Editing on the page itself

Text and photos on the home and about pages edited right on the page, and resources with their own entry by school year and subject, in an admin entirely in Portuguese.

  • Resource shop

Cart and checkout with card, digital wallets, MB WAY and Multibanco through Stripe, with the Multibanco reference sent by email.

  • Automatic delivery

Paid PDFs go out by email after payment and never sit at a public address. Free resources are sent by email too.

  • Order management

Search and filters, order and customer pages, refunds through Stripe, CSV export and a notice for every sale.

  • The same site, on a new base

The look stayed the same, the old addresses redirect to the new ones and visit statistics work without cookies.

Outcome

  • The teacher updates text, photos and resources without depending on anyone.
  • Resources sold and delivered automatically, at any hour.
  • Orders, payments and refunds handled in the same admin.
