KuantoKusta integration

Keeps products, prices and stock up to date on KuantoKusta and brings marketplace orders into the shop and invoicing.

Overview

KuantoKusta

KuantoKusta is Portugal's best known price comparison site, and it also runs a marketplace where shops sell directly. To rank well, the catalogue must be accurate: price, stock, EAN and shipping cost in line with the shop.

Tejobit connects KuantoKusta to wherever the catalogue lives, usually the online shop or ERP. The connection builds the product feed for the comparison site, updates marketplace offers when price or stock changes, and brings each new order into the same pipeline as every other sale.

With marketplace orders in the usual system, the invoice, the shipping label and the stock update happen just as they do for a shop sale, without a second routine just for KuantoKusta.

Use cases

What it is for

  • An electronics shop with hundreds of products whose prices change several times a week
  • A WooCommerce shop that wants to sell on the marketplace without managing stock twice
  • A toy shop adjusting offers in the Christmas rush without selling what it no longer has
  • A business invoicing in Moloni and shipping with CTT that wants KuantoKusta orders in the same flow
IN

What the connection listens to

  • Price or stock changes in the shop or ERP
  • New marketplace orders, checked on a schedule
  • Order status changes on the marketplace
  • Scheduled product feed generation
OUT

What the connection does

  • Build and refresh the product feed with price, stock, EAN and shipping cost
  • Update marketplace offers when something changes in the shop
  • Create the marketplace order in the shop or back-office
  • Issue the invoice and send tracking back to KuantoKusta
  • Flag products that run out of stock or get rejected

How it works

From the request to a working connection

  1. 01

    Request

The form names the integration, the tools involved and what should happen in each case.

  2. 02

    Review and proposal

Tejobit confirms what the API allows and sends a proposal with the flow, the price and the timeline.

  3. 03

    Setup and testing

The connection is set up with the business's own accounts and tested with real cases before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Maintenance and monitoring

Tejobit hosts the connection, follows up on errors and adapts it when the API changes.

The connection runs on Tejobit's infrastructure. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and API changes.

What to prepare

  • A KuantoKusta shop account and marketplace seller access, if relevant
  • API credentials provided by KuantoKusta
  • A catalogue with EAN or unique references and clear categories
  • Pricing and shipping rules for the KuantoKusta channel

For security, do not send passwords, API keys or tokens through the form. Credentials are requested through a secure channel when the setup starts.

Limits

  • KuantoKusta grants marketplace API access to the seller account, and it is not instant
  • The comparison site reads the feed on its own schedule, so a price change can take a while to show
  • Products without EAN or with incomplete data may be rejected or grouped incorrectly

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

What is the difference between the comparison site and the marketplace?

On the comparison site the product shows with its price and the click goes to your shop. On the marketplace the customer buys on KuantoKusta and the order arrives at your shop to ship. The connection can handle both.

Does stock stay right on both channels?

Yes. The shop or ERP remains the source, and each sale on one channel lowers stock on the other.

Are marketplace commissions recorded?

The connection can store each sale's amount and commission, so bookkeeping can match them against KuantoKusta's payouts to the shop.
