Mindbody
Mindbody is management software for fitness, pilates, yoga and wellness studios. It handles class schedules, one-to-one appointments, clients, membership contracts, class packs and front-desk sales, plus the Mindbody app clients use to book.
Portuguese invoicing sits outside Mindbody, and that is where Tejobit comes in. Mindbody webhooks report new clients, sales, membership assignments and class bookings (client.created, clientSale.created, classRosterBooking.created and others), and the connection turns them into Moloni documents, Brevo contacts and payment records. Moloni issues each document and reports it to the tax authority.

What to prepare
- A Mindbody developer account with live access approved by Mindbody.
- An activated link between the developer account and the studio's Mindbody site.
- A map of Mindbody services and products to Moloni items and VAT rates.
- Moloni and Brevo access, with marketing consent captured at sign-up.
For security, do not send passwords, API keys or tokens through the form. Credentials are requested through a secure channel when the setup starts.
Limits
- Live access to the Mindbody API requires Mindbody's approval.
- Each API key comes with a daily call limit; increases go through the Mindbody account manager.
- Mindbody has no native field for a Portuguese tax number, so a custom field or a prompt at sale time is needed.

Yes. Live API access is granted by Mindbody and then linked to the studio site. Tejobit handles the request and the setup.
How is an event confirmed to come from Mindbody?
Every webhook carries a signature in the X-Mindbody-Signature header, which the connection checks before acting.
Can several studios share it?
Yes. Each Mindbody site is linked to the integration and can have its own invoice series and Brevo lists.
