PHC integration

Customers, orders and invoices synced between PHC and your store, CRM or portal, using whatever route your PHC edition supports.

Overview

PHC

PHC, now Cegid PHC, has two product families. PHC GO is cloud software aimed at small and mid-sized companies. PHC CS is installed on premises, with tiers for larger businesses and many vertical modules. How an integration works depends on which one is in use.

PHC GO offers two public, documented APIs. The Simple API covers the common operations, such as creating billing documents. The Full API goes further, for example creating invoices from customer orders or credit notes from invoices. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of API requests, which varies by plan.

With PHC CS, the integration route depends on the version, the installed modules and the PHC partner that maintains the system. Tejobit assesses this at the start and works with the partner where needed. Either way, PHC is the certified software that issues documents and reports them to the AT.

Use cases

What it is for

  • A WooCommerce store whose orders must enter PHC as customer orders before being invoiced.
  • A sales team in HubSpot that needs customers created in PHC when a deal is won.
  • A field service company that wants job invoices issued from its technicians' app.
  • A distributor publishing PHC stock and prices on its website.
IN

What the connection listens to

  • A new or paid order in the web shop.
  • A won deal or new company in the CRM.
  • A completed job in the field service app.
  • A scheduled sync of items, prices and stock from PHC.
OUT

What the connection does

  • Creates or updates PHC customers from CRM or store data.
  • Creates customer orders and, on PHC GO with the Full API, converts them into invoices.
  • Issues credit notes from the original invoices when goods come back.
  • Reads items, prices and stock and publishes them to sales channels.

How it works

From the request to a working connection

  1. 01

    Request

The form names the integration, the tools involved and what should happen in each case.

  2. 02

    Review and proposal

Tejobit confirms what the API allows and sends a proposal with the flow, the price and the timeline.

  3. 03

    Setup and testing

The connection is set up with the business's own accounts and tested with real cases before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Maintenance and monitoring

Tejobit hosts the connection, follows up on errors and adapts it when the API changes.

The connection runs on Tejobit's infrastructure. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and API changes.

What to prepare

  • The product and edition in use (PHC GO or PHC CS, and which tier).
  • On PHC GO, a plan with API access and enough request allowance for the expected volume.
  • On PHC CS, contact details for the PHC partner maintaining the system and secure server access.
  • The series, warehouses and price lists to use for each channel.

For security, do not send passwords, API keys or tokens through the form. Credentials are requested through a secure channel when the setup starts.

Limits

  • On PHC GO the monthly API request allowance depends on the plan; high volumes may require a higher plan.
  • The Simple API is limited; flows such as converting orders into invoices need the Full API.
  • Every PHC CS installation differs: customisations and older versions can limit what is possible without the partner.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

How does integrating PHC GO differ from PHC CS?

PHC GO has documented cloud APIs, so integration is more direct. PHC CS runs on the company's own servers and depends on version and setup, so it is assessed case by case.

Does the integration use up the PHC GO request allowance?

Yes, every call counts. The connection batches reads and avoids repeat requests to stay within the plan.

Is Tejobit a PHC partner?

No. Tejobit works with the public APIs and, on PHC CS, alongside the partner that maintains the company's ERP.

Set up the PHC integration?
