Construction SaaS
A SaaS platform to run building jobs, from quote to handover
A Portuguese startup wanted to give painting, waterproofing and renovation contractors one place to manage their jobs and show progress to their clients. Tejobit designed and built the whole platform, sold by subscription.

Starting point
Many contractors follow their jobs across WhatsApp, paper and spreadsheets. Clients ask how the work is going, photos get lost in chats and quotes sit in loose files.
The platform had to serve many companies at once, each under its own brand, and be sold on monthly plans.
What was done
Site diary
Entries with photos and video, phases on a schedule, checklists and team notes, all tied to each job.
Quotes and proposals
A specification editor with chapters, costs, margins and VAT, and proposals the client approves online.
Client portal
A page shared with the client, with the job's progress, the photos and the quotes to approve, under each company's brand.
Running the company
Clients, team, timesheets, cost control and warranties with expiry alerts.
Subscriptions and invoicing
Paid plans by card, MB WAY and Multibanco through Stripe, with invoices issued automatically in Moloni.
Automations
Around 30 background jobs: PDF reports, notifications, end-of-trial notices and domain checks.
Outcome
- Job, quote and client in one place, instead of spread across chats and spreadsheets.
- Many companies on the same platform, each with its own brand and domain.
- Subscription payments and invoices handled with no manual work.
- Over 3,400 automated tests.
