Billin (TS Facturas) integration

Invoices and cash tickets issued in Billin, now TeamSystem Facturas, from sales made on your other platforms.

Overview

Billin (TS Facturas)

Billin, now branded TeamSystem Facturas Billin, is online invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses in Spain. Besides full invoices it issues cash tickets (simplified invoices) and supports regional formats such as TicketBAI in the Basque Country.

Tejobit connects your booking engine, website or payment provider to the Billin API. Each completed sale produces the right document: a ticket for a walk-in consumer, a full invoice when the buyer provides a tax ID.

The API is switched on from the Integrations module of the Billin account. Billin keeps responsibility for numbering, issuing and tax compliance; the integration simply makes sure every sale is billed.

Use cases

What it is for

  • A surf school in the Basque Country that sells lessons online and needs a TicketBAI ticket for each one.
  • A small guesthouse in Spain billing stays from its booking engine, with private guests and companies handled differently.
  • A Portuguese freelancer living in Spain who charges through Stripe and wants Billin invoices without retyping amounts.
  • Expense data read from Billin and fed into a profitability dashboard.
IN

What the connection listens to

  • Paid booking or check-out in the booking system.
  • Confirmed payment in Stripe, PayPal or a card terminal.
  • Completed order in the online shop.
  • Scheduled run to reconcile invoices and tickets issued in Billin.
OUT

What the connection does

  • Issues a cash ticket for consumer sales.
  • Issues a full invoice when the customer supplies tax details.
  • Creates or reuses the Billin customer with tax ID and address.
  • Reads invoices, tickets and expenses from Billin for external reporting.

How it works

From the request to a working connection

  1. 01

    Request

The form names the integration, the tools involved and what should happen in each case.

  2. 02

    Review and proposal

Tejobit confirms what the API allows and sends a proposal with the flow, the price and the timeline.

  3. 03

    Setup and testing

The connection is set up with the business's own accounts and tested with real cases before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Maintenance and monitoring

Tejobit hosts the connection, follows up on errors and adapts it when the API changes.

The connection runs on Tejobit's infrastructure. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and API changes.

What to prepare

  • A TS Facturas Billin account with the API enabled in the Integrations module.
  • Tax setup completed, including TicketBAI if you trade in the Basque Country.
  • A clear rule for when a ticket is issued and when a full invoice is.
  • Access to the source platform to set up webhooks or exports.

For security, do not send passwords, API keys or tokens through the form. Credentials are requested through a secure channel when the setup starts.

Limits

  • Public API documentation is brief; anything it does not cover is not promised.
  • There is no sign of outbound webhooks, so document status in Billin is checked on a schedule.
  • Corrections to issued documents follow Spanish tax rules and may need a manual credit note.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

Are Billin and TS Facturas the same product?

Yes. Billin joined the TeamSystem group and is now called TeamSystem Facturas Billin. Existing accounts and the API carry on.

Does the integration handle TicketBAI?

Billin generates TicketBAI records when the account is configured for it. The integration sends the sale; the software handles submission to the regional tax office.

Can I issue tickets instead of invoices?

Yes. The API supports both, and the choice can depend on whether the customer gave a tax ID.
