Overview

Fattura24

Fattura24 is Italian online invoicing software aimed at micro businesses and professionals who want a straightforward tool for e-invoices, orders and quotes. Like other Italian packages, it delivers e-invoices to the Sistema di Interscambio.

Its API uses a key generated in the account under Configurazione, App Servizi Esterni. Tejobit uses that key to create complete documents (customer, lines, VAT, payment) through the SaveDocument call, then stores the returned number and document ID.

The API is leaner than some competitors' and has no webhooks, so the connection is built to push data into Fattura24 and confirm the result rather than react to edits made inside it.

The connection runs on Tejobit's infrastructure. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and API changes.

What to prepare

  • A Fattura24 plan with API access; the official WooCommerce plugin, for example, requires the Business plan.
  • An API key enabled under Configurazione, App Servizi Esterni.
  • Numbering sections and VAT rates set up.
  • A mapping between products sold and Fattura24 items.

For security, do not send passwords, API keys or tokens through the form. Credentials are requested through a secure channel when the setup starts.

Limits

  • No webhooks: edits made by hand in Fattura24 do not flow back to the source automatically.
  • The API is XML based and exposes fewer operations than a modern REST API.
  • SDI validation errors are handled inside Fattura24 and may need a manual fix.

Which Fattura24 plan do I need?

One that includes API access. Tejobit checks this before starting, as not every plan exposes the external services key.

Can the integration issue credit notes?

Yes, once the rule is agreed, for example a full refund creates a credit note linked to the original invoice.

How is it different from Fatture in Cloud?

They are separate products. Fattura24 has a simpler key-based API without webhooks; Fatture in Cloud uses OAuth and notifies changes. The right one is whichever your Italian business already uses.
