Lodgify
Lodgify is vacation rental software combining a direct booking website, a channel manager for Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, a unified calendar and guest messaging. It is popular with owners running one to ten homes, from the Algarve to the Douro valley.
Tejobit connects Lodgify to invoicing. The connection subscribes to Lodgify webhooks for new and changed bookings, reads the booking details (guest, property, dates, amounts, fees) and creates the document in Moloni. For Portuguese rentals the certified invoicing program issues the document and reports it to the tax authority; the integration just hands it the data.

What to prepare
- A Lodgify plan with API access and an API key generated in settings.
- A map from Lodgify properties to products or series in Moloni.
- A rule for when to invoice: on confirmation, on payment or at check-in.
- Moloni access and, if used, Stripe.
For security, do not send passwords, API keys or tokens through the form. Credentials are requested through a secure channel when the setup starts.
Limits
- The booking_new_status_booked event does not always fire for channel bookings, so the connection listens to booking_new_any_status and checks the status itself.
- Bookings from platforms such as Airbnb can arrive with limited guest data (no address or tax number), which shapes the document issued.
- Platform commissions are not recorded as costs in Lodgify and still go through the accountant.

Before you start
Are Airbnb bookings invoiced as well?
They can be. Many owners invoice every stay to keep the books complete, and the rule is set per channel.
What if a guest asks for their tax number on the invoice after the stay?
Once issued, corrections follow the invoicing software's rules. That is why many hosts ask for the tax number in the confirmation message, before invoicing.
Can invoicing wait until check-in?
Yes. The connection holds the booking and issues the document on the arrival date instead of at confirmation.
